How do sauna hats work?
Sauna hats trap the outside air to slow how quickly your head heats up in the sauna. This keeps you more comfortable, helps prevent overheating, and lets you stay in longer. Think of it like thermal insulation—just for your head & hair.
What’s the material?
Wool hats: 100% sustainably sourced Australian wool. It's thick, breathable, and naturally heat-resistant—perfect for high-heat sessions.
Mesh Hats: Our mesh hats are made from breathable polyester mesh—lightweight, quick-drying, and ideal for high-heat environments.
How do I care for it?
Wool Hats: Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Handle with care and it’ll last hundreds of sessions.
Mesh Hats: Machine wash cold and hang to dry. Durable, low-maintenance, and built to last.
How do they fit?
Wool Hats: Our wool sauna hats are intentionally oversized. You can pull them down over your eyes to block out the steam and heat, or roll them up.
Mesh Hats: Mesh sauna hats are slightly oversized so they can be pulled down over your face when the heat gets intense. There’s even aneye slit sewn inside, so you can still see while keeping the steam at bay.
What’s your return policy for sauna hats?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery as long as the hat is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Because sauna hats are worn in high-heat, high-sweat environments, we cannot accept used items for return or exchange due to health and safety reasons. If your hat arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
