Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. Every sauna routine is a little different, and what works perfectly for one person might not be the right fit for another. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange within the guidelines below.

General Policy

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition + packaging
Some items are final sale, such as the veniks, essential oils, and sauna ice
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Items returned used or damaged cannot be accepted

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Product-Specific Policies

Sauna Hats

Returns or exchanges within 7 days if unused and unworn.
Due to hygiene reasons, used hats cannot be returned.

Customer pays return shipping and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Sauna Robes

Returns or exchanges within 7 days if unused and unworn.
Due to hygiene reasons, used robes cannot be returned.

Customer pays return shipping and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Gloves, Thermometers, Buckets, Essential Oil Diffuser Cups

7 days, unused, original packaging.

Flooring

Returns or exchanges within 7 days if unused.
Customer pays $20 restocking fee + return shipping.

Finnish Sauna Rocks

Returns or exchanges within 7 days if unused.
Customer pays $20 restocking fee + return shipping.

Chairs

Returns or exchanges within 7 days if unused.
Customer pays $15 restocking fee + return shipping. Original shipping cannot be refunded.

Essential Oils, Sauna Ice, Veniks

Final sale. Not eligible for returns.

Sauna Guarantee & Returns

We are confident you will love your All Day Sauna Co. outdoor sauna tent. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please reach out so we can make it right.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we offer a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that shipping charges from the original order and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

All Day Sauna Co. extends limited one-year warranty on our saunas, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

If a product or component is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear over time.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Service

A defect in materials and workmanship is defined as a manufacturing flaw that prevents the product from functioning as intended. Minor cosmetic imperfections may not qualify.
