Why is my hat oversized?
Our hats are designed this way to provide better coverage and allow for multiple ways of wearing.
Do I need to wash my hat after every use?
No. Especially for wool styles, frequent washing is not necessary due to the natural properties of merino wool.
Can I put my hat in the dryer?
We do not recommend it. Heat may cause shrinkage or damage depending on the material.
Why does my hat look wrinkled?
Some styles may wrinkle during shipping. These typically release naturally or can be reshaped with light steam.
