How do sauna hats work?
Sauna hats insulate your head by trapping the cooler outside air, so your head heats up more gradually inside the sauna. This helps regulate your body temperature, prevent dizziness, and extend your session. Like temperature control for your head & hair.

How do they fit?
Mesh sauna hats are slightly oversized so they can be pulled down over your face when the heat gets intense. There’s even aneye slit sewn inside, so you can still see while keeping the steam at bay.
What’s your return policy for mesh hats?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery as long as the hat is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Because sauna hats are worn in high-heat, high-sweat environments, we cannot accept used items for return or exchange due to health and safety reasons. If your hat arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
