Sauna hats trap air from outside of the sauna to insulate your head from high heat inside the sauna. They slow how quickly your head heats up in the sauna. This keeps you more comfortable, helps prevent overheating, protects your hair, and lets you stay in longer.

How do they fit?
Mesh sauna hats are slightly oversized so they can be pulled down over your face when the heat gets intense. There’s even an eye slit sewn inside, so you can still see while keeping the steam at bay.
What’s the return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery as long as the hat is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Because sauna hats are worn in high-heat, high-sweat environments, we cannot accept used items for return due to health and safety reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
